This court previously having withdrawn reference of the entire case from Magistrate Judge Irwin (doc. #49), IT IS ORDERED vacating the scheduling order of Magistrate Judge Irwin filed September 30, 2005 (doc. #52). IT IS FURTHER ORDERED affirming the pretrial conference set December 2, 2005 at 1:30 p.m. and all other deadlines set forth in this court's Order Setting Final Pretrial Conference (doc. #50). If the parties wish to have a settlement conference before a magistrate judge, they may file a joint request for settlement conference no later than October 24, 2005.
