As the Court is aware, one of the main Defendant’s in this matter, PAL LLC, has

24 yet to appear or defend in this matter. The Court, through Document Number 61, gave

l time period has passed, Plaintiff has applied for default.
2 Likewise, one of the other named Defendants, Ardys O’Brien has yet to appear and

is apparently still acting under the guise of a bankruptcy. And, the Defendant added

5 through the First Amended Complaint, Oasis, has yet to appear as well. Plaintiff has not
t
6 sought default against these parties and still perfecting those defaults.
7 Accordingly, Plaintiff respectfully requests that the Court set a status conference to

discuss scheduling of this matter. In the interim, Plaintiff is hopeful that the Court will

1 O grant its default against PAL and Plaintiff can move forward as to the other Defendants.
