lg dated June 2, 2005, because new developments have taken place in the above
19 captioned matter, which are likely to give rise to new issues and/or arguments that
20 will require additional discovery, possible discovery disputes, and/or new bases
21 for dispositive motions. Additionally, because Defendant Glenn F. Kelley has .
22 only recently been served and was granted an extension to file his Answer, the ,
23 deadlines for discovery, dispositive motions, and for lodging the Joint Pretrial
24 Order are not feasible. I
25 WHEREFORE, in light of the foregoing, Fletcher respectfully moves this
26 Court to extend the deadlines for discovery, dispositive motions, and the Joint I
27 Pretrial Order which are contained in this Court’s Order dated June 2, 2005. I
