I respectfully request continuance in CASE NUMBER: CV 04- 103- PHX- SRB (MS). I
submit that I am a disabled person. Although my intention is to cooperate with the
requests of this court, I need be allowed this continuance to appropriately prepare
response. Additionally I will need financial assistance with the process of serving the
plaintiff and filing with the court. I am not certain as to how to proceed given my
physical and financial disposition. I am mentally able to present an answer to this
complaint and /or respond to other necessary court/case concerns. I will seek the answers
to how to proceed and I will offer due diligence in keeping with the pace and
requirements of the court.
