Regarding Final Pretrial Order (with regard to Proposed Final Pretrial Order submitted by
Mr. Sid A. Horowitz, Attorney for Charlie and Edie Fletcher)
I have perused the Proposed Final Pretrial Order submitted by Mr. Horowitz and I find U
that I am in agreement with his Statement of Jurisdiction, Stipulations and Uncontested
Facts and Law, Contested Issues of Fact and Law, List of Witnesses, List of Exhibits,
Depositions to be Offered, Motion in Limine, List of Pending Motions, Procedures for
Expediting Trial, Estimated Length of Trial, Jury Demand, Proposed Findings of Fact
_ and Conclusions of Law for Bench Trials, Certifications, information for Court Reporter,
Etc., Etc., Etc,. Although Mr. Horowitz does not represent me in this litigation, my
interests and the Fletchers interests coincide. I have spoken with Mr. Horowitz regarding ~
these proceedings and I have concluded that concurring with what he has submitted keeps
this tiling uncompounded as our conceptions and concerns for this matter coincide.
I do however reserve the right to continue Pro Se with regards to future filings and
submissions with this court in this matter.
