In a separate order, the court has dismissed plaintiff's claims against defendant 2, the Augusta Helicopter, and defendant 3, the Cessna Caravan.

At docket 112, plaintiff moved for default regarding the interest of Servicios Integrales de Aviacion SA de CV with respect to all three defendants. In light of the dismissal of plaintiff's claims involving two of the three defendants, the motion at docket 112 must be and is DENIED. However, plaintiff may, if it deems the circumstances still warrant such action, move for a default judgment as to the one remaining defendant, the Lear Jet.
