Documents to be produced by Alberto Abed Schebaikan

1.

All Corporate Minutes, Resolutions, and records related to the formation of the Corporation in your possession related to companies owned or controlled by you which were involved in financial transactions involved in the acquisition of the defendant aircraft..

2.

All correspondence, contracts, agreements, business proposals, and documentation in your possession or control related to the negotiations between Abed or any entity directly or indirectly controlled by Abed and Jaime Ross Castillo. This specifically includes all powers of attorney given to Jaime Ross Castillo or agreements regarding agency, joint ventures, and partnerships.

3.

All financial records from all sources which claimants allege were used to acquire the defendant aircraft.

4.

Identification of all individuals, persons, or business entities whom you allege contributed funds to acquire the defendant aircraft, including names, addresses, counsel if any have been retained, and the amount of funds allegedly contributed.
