As directed by the Court's Order dated April 29, 2008 (Doc. 552), the parties jointly file this Notice of Amended Joint Statement of the Case and Amended Voir Dire Questions for the Court's consideration. A. JOINT STATEMENT OF THE CASE. The proposed Joint Statement of the Case reads as follows: Greg Hancock sold his homebuilding business and licensed the Hancock name to Meritage for millions of dollars. He also agreed to become President of Meritage's Phoenix homebuilding division. In this lawsuit, Meritage claims that Hancock breached duties he owed to Meritage and engaged in self-dealing, costing Meritage millions of dollars. Hancock counters that Meritage's claims are without merit and that no damages have been suffered by Meritage. VOIR DIRE QUESTIONS. Plaintiffs: Plaintiffs' Proposed Voir Dire Questions are attached hereto as Exhibit "1".
