Counsel shall set forth in their ex-parte filing what they deem to be reasonable settlement offers or demands and the basis therefore. Counsel shall personally appear at the settlement conference with the parties or with the person or persons having full authority to settle the case. If a settlement is reached, the parties shall file a Notice of Settlement with the Clerk of the Court with a proposed form of order dismissing this case.
