Based upon the stipulation of the parties,] and for good
l cause appearing,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED, and DECREED that
plaintiff DirecTV, Inc., is awarded judgment on its claims against
defendant Devin Esquibel as follows:
(l) Plaintiff DirecTV, Inc., is awarded. a monetary
judgment against defendant in the principal amount of $10,000.00;
and
(2) Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § l96l, plaintiff DirecTV,
Inc., is awarded post—judgment interest at the rate of_é;?Z% per
annum from the date of entry of judgment until the judgment is
satisfied.
