O 17 Pursuant to the Court’s Order dated July 12, 2005, Plaintiff DIRECTV, Inc.
18 ("DIRECTV") submits this Status Report regarding settlement. On April 5, 2005,
19 DIRECTV notified the Court that DIRECTV and Defendants Devin Esquibel and Melissa
20 Esquibel had reached an agreement as to the material terms of settlement. As of this date,
21 the parties have agreed upon all of the terms in the settlement agreement and are in the
22 process of signing the finalized documents.
23 DIRECTV anticipates the parties will be able to complete and execute appropriate
24 settlement documents no later than 30 days from this date.
