20 stipulate to the dismissal with prejudice of the above-entitled action. DIRECTV and
21 Defendant Melissa Scharbach (a.k.a. Melissa Esquibel) have reached and executed a
22 binding settlement agreement and this Stipulation for Dismissal with Prejudice is in
23 accordance with its terms. Each side is to bear its own attomeys’ fees and costs. For the
