The court is in receipt of a further status report from plaintiff, dated August 10, 2005 (Clerk's Docket No. 30), concerning the

settlement negotiations with defendants Devin Esquibel and Melissa Esquibel. In said status report, plaintiff indicates that an

additional 30 days is needed for completion and execution of settlement documents. Plaintiff will please present the appropriate closing papers on or before September 12, 2005. If for any reason closing papers cannot be

filed by that date, plaintiff shall serve and file a further brief status report, updating the court as to the progress of completing this case.
