Subject: Interesting meeting with Tammy & Marcela
Marcela indicated that Ed had "rubbed against her." What she actually meant and explained in detail was that he
rubbed her neck etc. while talking to her. He has done this to other women on his own team. Not good, but a
different picture than what the other sounded like.
She cried a lot and talked about her personal anguish. Tammy brought it back each time to the topic. Marcela
actually went to John Creelman on Ed‘s team and told him that she was bringing this up against Ed. My mouth
dropped open. Marcela was shocked that Tammy knew that bit of information.
Tammy said she will speak to several people, including folks on the EOR team and folks on my team. She
expects a tinal resolution by Monday.
