NO. CV 04-0790 PHX-JWS REPLY IN SUPPORT OF EXPEDITED MOTION TO EXTEND RESPONSE DEADLINE TO MOTIONS FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT (Second Request)

Plaintiff Marcela Johnson ("Johnson") respectfully requests an additional four days to respond to Defendant Charles Schwab Corporation's ("Schwab") Motions for Summary Judgment not only for the reasons stated in Exhibit A to Schwab's Response, but also because Lonnie Williams, lead counsel in this case, had to be out of town this week and will not be able to review Johnson's response until next week. Additionally, Schwab filed two motions for summary judgment, which has resulted in Johnson needing extra time to respond to both motions. For these reasons, Johnson respectfully requests this Court to extend Johnson's response deadline to Schwab's Motions for Summary Judgment an additional four days from May 8, 2006, to May 12, 2006.
