(collectively "Qwest") for Clarification of the Court's Minute Order dated December 12, 2006 (Docket No. 111). Upon consideration of the submission of the parties and the relevant law, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Court's December 12, 2006 Minute Order is clarified as follows: (i) Qwest shall file an answer or motion to dismiss on or before January 15, 2007; (ii) Plaintiff shall file its Response in opposition to such a Motion to Dismiss on or before February 14, 2007; and

(iii)

Qwest may file its Reply in support of the Motion to Dismiss on or before March 16, 2007.
