QWEST COMMUNICATIONS INTERNATIONAL INC., et al., Defendants. ______________________________________________________________________ ORDER ______________________________________________________________________ This matter comes before the Court on the parties' Unopposed Joint Motion for Order Extending Time and Setting a Briefing Schedule in Shriners Hospitals for Children v. Arthur Andersen & Company, et al., No. 06-CV-02189-REB ("Shriners II"). Upon consideration of the submission of the parties and the relevant law, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED the time for submission of answers or motions to dismiss are as follows: (i) Any defendant who has been served with the Shriners II Complaint on or before December 15, 2006, shall file an answer or motion to dismiss on or before January 15, 2007;

(ii)

If a defendant files such a motion to dismiss, Plaintiff may file its Response in opposition to such a Motion to Dismiss on or before February 14, 2007; and

(iii)

If Plaintiff files such a Response, a defendant may file its Reply in support of the Motion to Dismiss on or before March 16, 2007.
