MOTION BY MARIE E. WILLIAMS TO WITHDRAW AS COUNSEL FOR DEFENDANT
Marie E. Williams hereby moves the Court for entry of an Order granting this motion to withdraw as counsel for Defendant State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company in the above-captioned case. There is good cause for Ms. Williams to withdraw because, effective June 1, 2006, Ms. Williams is leaving the employ of Faegre & Benson LLP. No prejudice will result as a result of Ms. Williams' withdrawal; State Farm will continue to be represented by Michael S. McCarthy and Mark W. Fischer of Faegre & Benson LLP.
