THE COURT, having reviewed the Unopposed Motion for Extension of Time to Submit Reply in Support of Expedited Motion to Deposit Funds With Court and to Release Supersedeas Bond filed by Defendant State Farm, and being fully apprised in the premises thereof, HEREBY GRANTS said Motion; and ORDERS that Defendant State Farm shall have through and including March 17, 2006 to submit a reply in support of its Motion to Deposit Funds with the Court.
