THE COURT, having reviewed the Stipulated Motion for Entry of Order Regarding Payment of Judgment to Clark, submitted by the parties on March 16, 2006, and being fully apprised in the premises thereof, hereby ORDERS that: (1) State Farm's Expedited Motion to Deposit Funds with Court and to Release

Supersedeas Bond, filed on February 13, 2006, is DENIED as moot. (2) State Farm shall deliver a check, in the amount of $136,072.54, to Clark's counsel

of record on or before March 24, 2006. The check will be made payable to "Ricky Eugene Clark and The Carey Law Firm." (3) Counsel for Clark shall, upon receipt of the payment described above, provide

counsel for State Farm with a receipt acknowledging said payment. (4) Counsel for State Farm shall notify the Court, within five (5) business days, that

such payment has been made and received.

Counsel for State Farm shall also, when providing the notice described above,

tender a proposed Order to the Court, consistent with paragraph numbers 4, 5, 6, and 7 in the Stipulation dated March 16, 2006.
