Supersedeas Bond, filed on February 13, 2006, is DENIED as moot. (2) State Farm shall deliver a check, in the amount of $136,072.54, to Clark' s

counsel of record on or before March 24, 2006. The check will be made payable to " Ricky Eugene Clark and The Carey Law Firm." (3) Counsel for Clark shall, upon receipt of the payment described above,

provide counsel for State Farm with a receipt acknowledging said payment. (4) Counsel for State Farm shall notify the Court, within five (5) business days,

that such payment has been made and received.

Counsel for State Farm shall also, when providing the notice described

above, tender a proposed Order to the Court, consistent with paragraph numbers 4, 5, 6, and 7 in the Stipulation dated March 16, 2006. 17th
