NOTICE Defendant State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company hereby gives notice, pursuant to the Court's Order of March 17, 2006, that State Farm has made the payment required by the March 17 Order, in accordance with the terms of that Order. Counsel for Mr. Clark has provided a receipt for that payment. See Letter from M. Williams to L. Rector (Mar. 20, 2006), signed by Mr. Rector on March 21, 2006, attached hereto as Exhibit 1. MOTION Also pursuant to the Court's Order of March 17, 2006, State Farm moves the Court for entry of an Order reflecting paragraphs 4, 5, 6, and 7 of the "Stipulated Motion for Entry of Order Regarding Payment of Judgment to Clark," submitted by the parties on March 16, 2006. A proposed order to that effect is submitted herewith.
