ORDER GRANTING DEFENDANT QWEST'S MOTION TO CONSOLIDATE

This matter comes before the Court on Qwest Communications International Inc.'s ("Qwest") Motion To Consolidate the action entitled Denver Employees Retirement Plan v. Qwest, et al., Case No. 06-CV-1539-REB-BNB ("Denver Employees Retirement Plan" Action) with In re Qwest Securities Litigation, Case No. 01-CV-1451REB-PAC. Upon consideration of the submissions of the parties and the relevant law, it is hereby ORDERED as follows: 1) That Qwest's motion to consolidate the Denver Employees Retirement Plan Action for all pre-trial purposes is GRANTED; 2) That under FED R. CIV. P. 42(a), and D.C.COLO.LCivR 42.1, Denver Employees Retirement Plan v. Qwest, et al., Case No. 06-CV-1539-REB-BNB, is CONSOLIDATED with In re Qwest Communications International Inc. Securities Litigation, Case No. 01-CV-1451-REB-PAC for all pre-trial purposes; and

3) That these consolidated actions shall be captioned as shown below:
