This matter comes before the Court on Defendant Qwest Communications International Inc.'s ("Qwest") Unopposed Motion For Entry Of Stipulated [Proposed] Order Extending Stay Of Production Of Limited Waiver Documents Pending Resolution Of Qwest Communications International Inc.'s Anticipated Petition For Writ Of Certiorari. Upon consideration of the submission of the parties and the relevant law, it is hereby ORDERED that the deadline for Qwest's compliance with this Court's March 10, 2006 Order Staying Production Of Documents (Docket # 950) is hereby stayed pending disposition by the United States Supreme Court of Qwest's forthcoming petition for writ of certiorari.
