Upon the agreed upon motion of the parties, pursuant to Rule 26(b) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, the Court hereby orders that the period in which parties may serve requests for admissions and contention interrogatories is between February 19, 2007 and March 19, 2007. This order is without prejudice to defendant Joseph P. Nacchio's right, at any time prior to the completion of the pending criminal case against him (including any appeals therein), to seek such other or further relief from discovery against him as he may believe necessary or appropriate to protect his interests. This order modifies the dates set forth in the December 29, 2005 Minute Order entered by this Court ("the period in which parties may serve requests for admissions and contention interrogatories is between January 6, 2006 and February 6, 2006"). IT IS SO ORDERED.
