SFC John C. Albrecht: (907) 353-6669; 1060 Gaffney Rd., Bldg. 1555, Room 102, Ft. Wainwright, Fairbanks, Alaska 99703. SFC Albrecht runs Post Services and is expected to testify about rules enforcement at Birchwood. North Star may call this witness if the need arises. His direct testimony is expected to last 30 minutes.

Ms. Lillian Barrios: (907)353-1689; 1060 Gaffney Road, Building 3401 #15, Fort Wainwright, Alaska 99703. Ms. Barrios is a housing counselor and is expected to testify about counseling tenants and prospective tenants about living in Birchwood Homes. North Star may call this witness if the need arises. Her direct testimony is expected to last thirty minutes.

Mr. Robert Conley: (907) 353-9351; 1060 Gaffney Rd. Bldg. 3401, Ft. Wainwright, Fairbanks, Alaska 99703. Mr. Conley is a housing inspector expected to testify about inspections conducted at Birchwood units between occupancies, how those inspections differ from inspections at other housing communities, and the relationship of Government supervisors to inspectors and to North Star. North Star may call this witness if the need arises. His direct testimony is expected to last three hours.

Ms. Lori Dallas: (907) 353-9350; Birchwood 801 Housing, 1066 7th Infantry Division Loop, Ft. Wainwright, Fairbanks, Alaska 99703. Ms. Dallas is the outgoing 801 Project manager and is expected to testify about the scheduling of inspections, issuance of work authorizations, and calculation of downtime. North Star may call this witness if the need arises. Her direct testimony is expected to last two hours.

Mr. Rodney Everett: (907) 479-2657 x113; United States Department of Agriculture, Natural Resources Conservation Service, 590 University Avenue, Suite B, Fairbanks, Alaska 99709. Mr. Everett is the former Contracting Officer's Representative and is expected to testify about the contracting officer decisions issued respecting North Star's Lease with the Government, including the process of issuing contracting officer decisions and the relationship between the Corps of Army Engineers' contracting officer and the Department of Public Works. North Star expects to call this witness. His direct testimony is expected to last four hours.

Mr. Richard Fischer: (206) 328-2000; Fischer Properties, 937 Harvard Avenue East, Seattle, Washington 98102. Mr. Fischer is the president of North Star and is expected to testify about the overall administration of the Birchwood Lease, incentive fee awards, and the impact of the Government's Lease interpretations on his business. North Star expects to call this witness. His direct testimony is expected to last three hours.

Ms. Nikisha Goins: (706) 576-5234; 3347 Shirehill Lane, Columbus, Georgia 31909. Ms. Goins is a former housing inspector and is expected to testify about inspections conducted at Birchwood units between occupancies, how those inspections differ from inspections at other housing communities, and the relationship of Government supervisors to inspectors and to North Star. North Star has filed, concurrently with the instant Witness List, a motion to admit the deposition testimony of Ms. Goins, who resides over 100 miles from Fairbanks, Alaska.

Ms. Willie Mae Harrell: (907)353-1696; 1060 Gaffney Road, Building 3401 #15, Fort Wainwright, Alaska 99703. Ms. Harrell is the Division Housing Chief for Fort Wainwright, Alaska and expected to testify about administration of the Birchwood Lease, incentive fee board processes and awards, downtime calculation, and her supervision of the 801 housing manager. North Star may call this witness if the need arises. Her direct testimony is expected to last two hours.

Ms. Suzanne Harrison: (703) 601-2498; 2511 Jefferson Davis Highway, Arlington, Virginia 22202. Ms. Harrison is the Chief of Army Unaccompanied Housing and is expected to testify about downtime calculations, incentive fee awards, and the overall administration of the Lease. North Star may call this witness if the need arises. Her direct testimony is expected to last one hour.

Mr. Hill manages the self help store and is expected to testify about the stocking of self help items. North Star may call this witness if the need arises. His direct testimony is expected to last one hour.

Dr. Mundy is an expert retained by North Star who is expected to testify about damages suffered by North Star as a result of the Government's actions, including the diminution in value of North Star. Mr. Stewart is of counsel to North Star and is expected to testify about the year-2000 agreement between the partiers pursuant to which North Star would collect refuse once weekly with deposit at the Fort Wainwright landfill. North Star may call this witness if the need arises. His direct testimony is expected to last two hours.

Mr. Wertz is the former site manager of North Star and is expected to testify about the Government's administration of the Lease prior to the disputes arising. North Star may call this witness if the need arises. His direct testimony is expected to last three hours.
