THE UNITED STATES, Defendant. __________ ORDER __________ By separate order filed this day the court denied plaintiff's motion for sanctions, other remedies, and a preservation order in response to alleged spoliation of documents by defendant. In order to facilitate the timely conclusion of the discovery process, and to maintain the existing trial schedule, the court hereby ORDERS that any and all remaining discovery, including discovery relating to or arising from the depositions taken pursuant to paragraph 3(iii) of the court's order of September 3, 2004, shall be completed on or before June 13, 2005. No further enlargements of this deadline shall be granted for any reason. The parties are expected to fully cooperate with the court and one another in ensuring that this deadline is met. IT IS SO ORDERED.
