Today, plaintiff filed a "Motion To Order Government's Compliance With Discovery Obligations." The court does not believe that a response to this motion is required. Although this motion does not cite this court's rules, it appears to be a motion to compel discovery under RCFC 37(a)(2)(B). The motion, however, does not contain the "good faith" certification required by that rule. Nor does it remotely contain enough information to allow this court to determine whether defendant has failed to discharge properly any continuing discovery obligation in this case. Indeed, the appendix to the motion does not even contain a copy of the alleged request for production that plaintiff is seeking to enforce. The motion, therefore, is DENIED. IT IS SO ORDERED.
