THE UNITED STATES, Defendant. _________ ORDER __________ On April 18, 2005, and April 21, 2005, defendant filed motions in limine seeking the exclusion of certain evidence of plaintiff's damages in this case. On May 5, 2005, and May 11, 2005, plaintiff responded to those motions, and on May 19, 2005, and May 23, 2005, defendant replied to plaintiff's responses. Upon careful review of the parties' submissions, the court has concluded that it will hear argument on defendant's motions during the pretrial conference scheduled to take place on July 27, 2005, and will rule on the motions at that conference. IT IS SO ORDERED.
