AND RULE 26, FED. R. CIV. P.
Movant is hereby respectfully requesting that this Honorable
Court to order the disclosure of the transcript pertained to the
secret hearing held between this Court, Counsel Ryan and the
government in "chamber", as underlined by Counsel:Ryan when in 7
open court informed this court that Movant wanted him to withdraw
frm the case, see copy of said matter attached herewith. I
That in chamber meeting was about the government's improper
jury communication, therefore, the gravament of said hearing is
detrimental for the fair resolution of this instant § 2255. Also A
.copy of Videotape in full is requested. I
