Movant, Respondent.
MOVANT' SWORN AFFIDAVIT STATING HIS
WOULD HAD BEEN TESTIMONY TO THE JURY
Steve Cordell Dobson, the Movant on the above captioned
and after first being duly sworn under the penalty of perjury as per
the laws of the United States, codified under title 28, U.S.C. 1746,
and 18, U.S.C. 1621. The would had be testimony herein submitted
is relevant to Movant §2255, is not his full testimony but is the
relevant part to the matter now on review.
(1) On the day of November 19, 2001, I bft. my house to
go to Murfreeboro Road and Donladson Pike to pick up a truck I had
bought from Norris Auto Sales, on the 16th of November, 2001,
(2) I was accompanied by a person who was to drive my
truck back for me. That day on the way there this person received
a phone call, after picking up the truck he said he had to meet
l someone at the Shoney that was right down the road from Norris
Auto Sale. The truck needed gas so we pull into gas station.

(3) At the gas station, this person said he would put
gas if I went in Shoney and told his fried to meet him in the I
nex parking lot, which I did. I told this to my Lawyer.
(4) I also told my Lawyer , Mr. Haney and U.S. Attorney
Mr. Pilmsner that it was not Martin that I was with that day. I
also would had testify ‘why the truck was in Martin name. I had a
car wreckaand was being sue by a insurance company. I purchase the
truck in his name because he had a driver licence which I didn't.
The date of the accident was 12/5/2000.
(5) I would have testified to the fact as why it to nearly
3 months to register the truck to Martin name, because the dealer
could not clear the past owner's name from the record, so when the
tag number was ran, it came back unregistered. The owner of Futrell
Insurance Company can verify these facts, that in order to have the
truck insured, I explained the situation.
(6) I would had testify to the Jury that I did not have
any knowledge of any drug business, and that I did not have any
agreement with my co-conspirators.
