A SENTENCE PURSUANT 28 U.S.C. § 2255 ‘
_ COMES NOW movant pro se and hereby is respectfully requesting
a thirty(30) days ektenqion of time in which he will file his pro se
motion·opposing the government's response apposing his timenly filed
section 2255 motion, response that_was mailed by respondent on
December 5, 2006. Therefore, for good cause and in interest of l
fairness, movant is underlinig the reasons supporting this motion.
- Movant submits that due to his lack of knowledge at the
‘ complexity of the law, he need the extra time to properly research
the law applicable. In additional he does not have much time to I
go to the institution law library as he is also working for the -
institution. .
