IT IS HEREBY ORDERED granting defendant's Motion to Continue Disposition

15 Hearing. This court specifically finds that the ends of justice served by taking such action 16 outweigh the best interest of the public and the defendant in a speedy trial. 18 U.S.C. §3161 17 (h) (8) (A). This finding is based upon the court's conclusion that the failure to grant such 18 a continuance would deny counsel for the defendant and the attorney for the government the 19 reasonable time necessary for effective preparation, taking into account the exercise of due 20 diligence. 18 U.S.C. §3161 (h) (8) (B) (iv). 21
