COMES NOW Defendant Armando Ulyesses Espinoza, by and through his undersigned attorney, and respectfully requests this Court to continue the Admit/Deny Hearing set on February 21, 2006 at 3:30 p.m. for the reason that counsel was just informed this date by the U.S. Marshal's Office that defendant has been in a local hospital since February 12, 2006 and may not be present at the hearing depending on his condition.
