THE COURT FINDS that the defendant is in violation of the terms and conditions of supervised release. IT IS ORDERED revoking the defendant's supervised release and the defendant, KEITH ARMSTRONG SILL, shall be committed to the custody of the Bureau of Prisons for a term of TWELVE (12) MONTHS in CR 02-455-PHX-MHM and TWELVE (12) MONTHS in CR 05-021-PHX-MHM, said terms to be served consecutively. The Court recommends that the defendant be placed in the 500 Hour Substance Abuse Treatment Program. The Court further recommends that the defendant be placed in a facility within the District of Arizona, if possible. ///
