The Joint Parties did not receive the Nelcela Parties' deposition designations until

16 January 19, 2007. Because the delay was not intentional and not meant to delay the Joint 17 Parties in making objections, the Parties had agreed that the Joint Parties could supplement 18 the previously-filed deposition designations to include objections. The attached Exhibit 8 19 is intended to incorporate the Joint Parties objections and counter-designations into the 20 prior Exhibit 8 filed with the Joint Proposed Pretrial Order on January 19, 2007 (Docket 21 no. 424).
