Pursuant to the direction of this Court, undersigned counsel for Nelcela, Inc., Len Campagna and Alec Dollarhide (collectively "Nelcela") hereby notifies the Court and all parties that it received a payment by counsel for Merchant Transaction Systems, Inc. ("MTSI"), William McKinnon. Although this Court had specifically ordered MTSI to pay Nelcela an award of its attorneys' fees, Mr. McKinnon personally paid "Ronan & Firestone." See, Order dated August 22, 2006 on file here. Ronan & Firestone hereby notifies the Court that, as it was directed, it will "sign over" the check from Mr. McKinnon to its client(s), Nelcela, and/or will apply the payment to Nelcela's account with Ronan & Firestone. This Notice is only intended to notify the Court and all parties about this payment; Nelcela does not ask for any relief or further assistance from the Court on this issue. /// ///
