9 were obtained from Charles ("Charlie") Anderson. Upon information and belief, Mr. Anderson
10 E obtained these disks after settlement with Lexcel Solutions, lnc. ("Lexcel"). p
1 1 Any party may make arrangements to inspect these disks by arranging with Nelcela’ s counsel,
12 Veronica Manolio, a mutual1y—convenient time to do so. Unless and until such arrangements are
13 made, the disks shall be kept in the offices of counsel for Nelcela.
