4 IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Motion is GRANTED. The July 20, 2005
5 deadline for dispositive motions concerning patent-related issues, including patent _
6 inningement, patent infringement damages and willful inhingement, is hereby vacated and . ‘
7 reset for thirty (30) days after the Court issues an order resolving the disputed claim
8 interpretation issues currently pending before the Special Master. The July 20, 2005
9 deadline for dispositive motion shall remain in effect for all other non—patent issues.
