Defendant hereby requests that this Court order an expedited briefing schedule and hearing with regard to Defendant's Motion to Enforce Oral Settlement Agreement. In midDecember 2006, the parties agreed to postpone formal discovery while the parties engaged in settlement negotiations. On February 2, 2007, the parties reached a settlement agreement. Now, however, Plaintiff refuses to honor that agreement. Because the parties are still subject to the Court's scheduling Order and its attendant deadlines, Defendant respectfully requests that the Court assist the parties in expediting the resolution of this issue.
