Judgment on Joint Venture-Related Claims exceeding the 11-page limitation set forth in Rule 7.2(e), Rules of Practice of the United States District Court for the District of Arizona. The GTCR Defendants make this request because more than 11 pages are necessary to address the arguments made by Plaintiffs in support of their six joint venture-related counts for relief that are the subject of the Motion for Summary Judgment. Accordingly, the GTCR Defendants respectfully request that the Court enter an Order granting the GTCR Defendants leave to file a Reply in Support of Their Motion for Summary Judgment on Joint Venture-Related Claims that does not exceed 23 pages plus an eight page Annex prepared by the GTCR Defendants for the Court's convenience.
