The GTCR Defendants and Plaintiffs hereby stipulate and agree to extend the time for the GTCR Defendants to file and serve their reply in support of their Motion for Summary Judgment On Joint Venture-Related Claims from October 14, 2005 to October 17, 2005. At this time, the GTCR Defendants' Motion for Summary Judgment On Joint Venture-Related Claims has not been set for oral argument. Therefore, this short
