Memorandum of Points and Authorities in support of their Response to GTCR Defendants Motion for Summary Judgment on Joint Venture-Related Claims exceeding the 17-page limitation set forth in Rule 7.2(e), Rules of Practice of the United States District Court for the District of Arizona. The Memorandum in support of the defendants' Motion was 33 pages in length (not including the Table of Contents and Table of Authorities). To appropriately address the defendants' theories and the material facts requires a memorandum in excess of the 17-page limit allowed by Rule 7.2(e).
