reached an agreement to settle the Plaintiffs' claims against David Eaton and AEG Partners, L.L.C. The settlement is subject to the approval of the Bankruptcy Court. Once approval has been obtained by the Bankruptcy Court, the parties will submit an appropriate order to this Court dismissing the claims against David Eaton and AEG. The parties further stipulate that, in light of the settlement, the Defendants Eaton and AEG's Motion for Summary Judgment should be held in abeyance pending the Bankruptcy Court's approval and the entry of an order dismissing these Defendants from the case. Counsel for David Eaton and AEG Partners, L.L.C. have approved the filing of this notice.
