At the Court's direction, the Plaintiff signs her name in open court three times on a piece of paper and said signatures are reviewed by the Court. Discussion held. For reasons as stated on the record, the Court is satisfied based on Plaintiff's statement to the Court and Plaintiff's verification in open court today that the signature on the declaration is hers and that there is no evidence of the submission of forged documents to the Court. This order to show cause is satisfied, and the case will not be dismissed.
