The Court has considered Defendant's Motion to Strike Plaintiff's Response to Motion for Summary Judgment and Request for Summary Disposition and Plaintiff's response. IT IS ORDERED denying Defendant's Motion to Strike and Motion for Summary Disposition. Although a week late, the Court will accept Plaintiff's response and her excuse for its late filing. Any issues about the genuineness of her signature on the declaration will be considered at a later time. (doc. 77).
