19 Plaintiff has sold his home and he is presently in the midst of packing and preparing for
20 the move from his residence/office. Due to scheduling beyond Plaintiff` s control, the move
21 will take place on March 1, 2006 and Plaintiff will require one week to reestablish his office.
22 During this time it will be very difficult for Plaintiff to make the necessary contribution to the
23 final pretrial order. Because the trial is set for April 18, 19 and 20, a reasonable continuance of
24 the date for submitting the pretrial Order and the pretrial conference should not impair the trial
25 date. The continuance will give all parties sufficient time to collaborate on the pretrial order.
