Mr. Dana formerly worked as an associate attorney at the law firm Meyer, Hendricks, and Bivens, P.A. under Ed Hendricks, Esq., the Brewer Defendants' primary Arizona counsel. Mr. Hendricks remains as the Brewer Defendants' counsel of record and primary Arizona contact for this case. Mr. Hendricks, now with the law firm Meyer Hendricks, continues to keep the Brewer Defendants apprised of all significant case events, and has informed the Brewer Defendants of all significant dates, including trial.
