This matter has come on for hearing pursuant to notice to the Defendant and obligor in accordance with Rule 46(f)(3)(A), Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure, regarding their liability on a criminal appearance bond; and the Court having considered the motion of the United States, and good cause appearing therefore, it is ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the United States have judgment in the amount of $5,000, against Keith D. Priest, Defendant, and the obligor Jack M. Priest, cash surety; and it is further ORDERED that the cash deposited with the Clerk is hereby forfeited to the United States. If the cash deposited does not satisfy this judgment, the United States may use any other remedy available to it to recover the balance due. DATED this 5th day of March, 2007.
