Defendant Polycom, Inc. ("Polycom") does not oppose plaintiff's motion to dismiss all claims with prejudice (Doc. #577), and hereby joins in the motion. All claims asserted against Polycom by plaintiff Lemelson Medical, Education & Research Foundation, Limited Partnership, should be dismissed with prejudice. Pursuant to Rule 54(b), Fed.R.Civ.P., Polycom submits that there is no just reason for delay and that the Court should expressly direct entry of judgment in favor of Polycom.
